Digital Conversion/Ecommerce Strategist

We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing / Growth Strategist to help us grow both our clients and our business. This is a great opportunity to take your skills to the next level and work with a diverse range of clients. You will be responsible for defining, planning & implementing and measuring strategic marketing plans that drive awareness for our client’s brands, products or services.

You will have:

  • Have a minimum 3+ years of ecommerce Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) experience, ideally in an agency environment
  • Have a passion for CRO and online marketing and keep up to date with the latest blogs, trends, tools and strategic insights
  • Have strong expertise ecommerce CRO, Analytics and automated Email Marketing
  • Have strong analytical skills and proficient in extracting reports. You know your way around a pivot table and how to derive actionable insights from large data sets
  • Proficient with a variety of email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, DotDigital and or MailChimp
  • Have excellent understanding of ecommerce and UX best practices
  • Experience in optimising landing pages
  • Proven ability to initiate, plan and implement sales strategies and campaigns with key online channel partners to achieve sales objectives
  • Strong experience with generating reports and analysing the ROI on each campaign
  • Manage a variety of client projects at one time
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail
  • Sound time management, an eye for detail and work well independently as well as part of a team
  • Assist the Managing Director with the sales development process for growth/optimisation related projects
  • Help develop new products and service offerings and grow the optimisation team
  • Thrive working in a self directed capacity whist working with the Managing Director to meet established objectives/KPIs
  • Regularly meet with clients and respective stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver results

Highly regarded:

  • Experience with the Shopify platform
  • Experience with SEO, PPC and Social Advertising
  • Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO rankings for target keywords
  • A general understanding of SEO & Organic traffic fundamentals
  • The ability to create, re-write and distribute new and engaging content
  • Diverse knowledge of web technologies and how to best apply them
