Digital Sales & Account Manager

We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic & talented Digital Sales (BDM)/Account Manager to solicit and manage new business enquiries and oversee existing client relationships.

You are professional in both presentation and communication and enjoy working within a dynamic, fast-paced studio environment. You’ll be working closely with our Agency’s Director and Studio Manager.

You will:

  • Have a minimum 2+ years agency experience in an Account Management or Sales role, preferably within the digital industry
  • Be the energetic, friendly face of our agency while building trust with our clients and establishing solid ongoing partnerships
  • Pre-qualify, nurture and manage numerous leads throughout the different stages of the lead development cycle
  • Manage the requirements/discovery process working with technical leads to fully define scope and estimate project costs in detailed project proposals.
  • Manage client expectations and coordinate with our development team to deliver efficient solutions whilst remaining calm and focused at all times
  • Determination to achieve and willingness to continually learn with a proven record of demonstrating initiative and delivering results
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail
  • Organised with superior time management and attention to detail

Highly regarded:

  • Experience with e-commerce platform such as Shopify, Magento, Neto or Woo Commerce.
  • Experience with a CRM platform, ideally HubSpot
  • Experience with project management software such as Trello or Basecamp
  • Experience with digital marketing, design and/or front-end development
