21 Overlays is an Australian specialist in precision cut vinyl overlays and detailing kits. With a catalogue spanning a huge range of makes and models, they needed a Shopify Plus experience that made it effortless for customers to find the right product and feel confident it would fit.

Their previous WooCommerce store made product discovery hard. Customers had to work too hard to navigate a broad catalogue, and key information like fitment and installation guidance was not surfaced clearly, which created friction and eroded confidence.

We rebuilt the information architecture around the way customers actually shop in this category. That meant guiding users from vehicle selection through to the right part, then reinforcing confidence with clearer supporting content and stronger wayfinding throughout the storefront.
