Overview
Citizen Wolf disrupts fast fashion with custom, made-on-demand clothing that drastically cuts waste—challenging industry norms with a steadfast focus on sustainability.
The challenge
Citizen Wolf’s innovative Magic Fit, an AI-driven tool that calculates precise clothing dimensions, needed to be seamlessly integrated into the website. This feature, while revolutionary, diverged from the standard ecommerce flow, requiring careful thought to educate users without creating a barrier to purchase.
Our Approach
Our goal was to craft a user experience that seamlessly introduced and educated users to Magic Fit throughout their journey. By integrating multiple touchpoints, we ensured that users could gradually understand and appreciate the benefits of this innovative AI tool without feeling overwhelmed.
Our Solution
We broke Magic Fit into clear, manageable phases, making the process easy to follow and less overwhelming. Helpful prompts and guidance were woven throughout, ensuring users felt supported and confident at every step of their journey.
Conclusion
Our approach to sustainability focused on crafting an experience that allowed users to fully grasp Citizen Wolf’s mission and the innovative technology behind it. By guiding users through the process with clarity and purpose, we ensured that the brand’s commitment to responsible fashion and custom fit was both understood and appreciated.
