Daughters of India partnered with Process Creative to create a new ecommerce experience that better reflected the brand’s slow fashion ethos while supporting the needs of a rapidly growing global customer base.
The challenge
The old site struggled to deliver a seamless, mobile-first shopping experience while clearly expressing DOI’s brand story. It also lacked the storytelling needed to communicate DOI’s mission, slow fashion values and social impact to new customers.

Working closely with the Daughters of India team, we embedded the brand’s values directly into the ecommerce experience through content, UX, and design.

We delivered a mobile-first Shopify experience focused on storytelling, seamless navigation, and a more considered customer journey, helping customers discover products more easily while bringing the brand’s values and craftsmanship to the forefront.





Our Solution
Supported by Yotpo and Wishlist Plus integrations, the new experience combines stronger merchandising and community-driven content to improve both conversion and repeat purchase behaviour.
