Overview
LARK Distilling Co is one of Australia's most awarded whisky producers, crafting single malts from Tasmania since 1992. A long-time partner, LARK returned to us following a brand evolution led by LOVE., asking us to bring the new identity to life on Shopify Plus.
The challenge
LARK's site no longer matched the ambition of the new brand. Key pages felt disconnected from the refreshed identity, product storytelling was buried, and the path to checkout carried friction, particularly on mobile.


Our approach
We focused where it mattered most: rebuilding key high-traffic pages, streamlining the theme architecture, and refining the UX page by page. The visual system created by LOVE. became the foundation for every layout, typographic choice, and UX decision.


Our solution
A considered Shopify Plus reskin brought the new LARK identity to life. The result is a more immersive, brand-aligned Shopify Plus experience that better supports discovery, storytelling, and conversion across desktop and mobile. Product discovery is smoother, navigation is more intuitive, and storytelling now sits closer to the moment of decision, helping customers explore the range, connect with the craft, and find what they’re looking for.
